I am a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy at the University of Michigan. I specialize in ethics, moral psychology, and metaethics, with additional interests in social-political philosophy and history of ethics (especially Arabic thought). I am also spellbound by theories of explanation in philosophy: in metaphysics, epistemology, and philosophies of action, mind, science, and history.

My advisors are Elizabeth Anderson, Sarah Buss, Peter Railton, and Brian Weatherson.
