I’m a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy at the University of Michigan. I specialize in ethics, moral psychology, and metaethics. And I have complementary interests in social-political philosophy and history of ethics. I also think about explanation in ethics, which brings me into conversation with epistemology, metaphysics, and the philosophies of action and history.

My advisors are Peter Railton, Elizabeth Anderson, Sarah Buss, and Brian Weatherson. Webb Keane, an anthropologist of ethics, is my cognate member.

This Fall, I will be a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Notre Dame.
